Rean Kriel is a professional wedding photographer specialising in weddings. His wedding photography studio is situated in Johannesburg, though work is undertaken throughout Gauteng, and on a selection of destination weddings including safari wedding photography. “I am a professional wedding photographer who specialises in bridal pictures, wedding photos and destination weddings. I shoot mainly in Gauteng in Johannesburg, Pretoria, Heidelberg and Sandton, but am available to shoot destination weddings such as Drakensberg, Limpopo and Mpumalanga to name but a few. I shoot at some of the best venues in Gauteng, including Piano Lounge, Harrisons, Hoffeltds, Emoyeni and Avianto.
I shoot on average 800-1200 images on the day. These photographs are put through an automated workflow where saturation and sharpness are enhanced. I then present you with approximately 600-800 photos from which you select your prints. The images you select for print will then undergo more post processing where special effects may be added if required.
You may also opt to take a wedding album. I normally choose the wedding photographs for the first round after which you can review the album design and request changes to be made. The design process can take up to 6 weeks to complete, including the average 3-4 iterations of changes that will be made, but excluding the additional two weeks required for printing and binding. I employ a company to do the printing and binding of your wedding album. |
